I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, insomnia, women’s health concerns, including emotional and mood-related challenges during and after pregnancy and throughout menopause, as well as the complexities that can arise during major life transitions. These may include changes in relationships, health, career, and daily functioning. I also have a strong interest in supporting clients facing chronic health conditions, persistent pain, adjustments related to changes in physical abilities, and the challenges of long-term recovery. My role as a therapist is to listen, but more importantly, help you develop the skills and resources you need to manage the challenges in your life, find your purpose and take action. I have over 30 years of experience, working in many different settings including active duty military, physical rehab, and primary care behavioral health.
